As the Founder of Property World, I’ve dedicated over a decade to redefining the real estate experience in Bangalore and beyond. What started in 2009 as a personal mission to help people navigate the complexities of property transactions has grown into a trusted name in the industry.
With a background that spans multiple sectors—ranging from retail and IT to loyalty management—I bring a unique perspective to real estate. My early experience with Prestige Group gave me a deep understanding of the Indian property market, while my time in the UAE as a Sales Head and Senior Business Development Manager sharpened my skills in business strategy, client relations, and market expansion.
In 2009, I launched Property World, driven by a commitment to transparency, integrity, and exceptional service. Today, our company is known for its personalized, client-focused approach to real estate, offering comprehensive services in buying, selling, renting, and property management.

Leadership and Industry Contributions

In addition to leading Property World, I’ve had the honor of being elected as Director of the Bangalore Real Estate Association India (BRAI) from 2014 to 2018 and again from 2022 to 2024. During my tenure, I played an instrumental role in organizing landmark Real Estate Convention, which was inaugurated by the Chief Minister of Karnataka. This prestigious event attracted over 1,200 delegates from India and around the world, where I served as the Chairman for Registration. It was a significant moment for the real estate community, and I’m proud to have contributed to its success.
